General Topology, chapter I, § 6. Filters

Let B\mathfrak{B} be a set of subsets of a set XX. Then the set of subsets of XX which contain a set of B\mathfrak{B} is a filter if and only if B\mathfrak{B} has the following two properties: (B_I) The intersection of two sets of B\mathfrak{B} contains a set of B\mathfrak{B}. (B_{II}) B\mathfrak{B} is not empty, and the empty subset of XX is not in B\mathfrak{B}.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
