General Topology, chapter I, § 8. Hausdorff spaces and regular spaces

The following properties of a topological space XX are equivalent:

(O_{III}) The set of closed neighbourhoods of any point of XX is a fundamental system of neighbourhoods of the point.

(O'_{III}) Given any closed subset FF of XX and any point x∉Fx \notin F there is a neighbourhood of xx and a neighbourhood of FF which do not intersect.

(O_{III}) \Longrightarrow (O'_{III}): If FF is closed and x∉Fx \notin F, then there is a closed neighbourhood VV of xx contained in the neighbourhood CFC_F of xx; VV and CVC_V are neighbourhoods of xx and FF respectively, and have no point in common.

(O'_{III}) \Longrightarrow (O_{III}): If WW is an open neighbourhood of x∈Xx \in X, then there is a neighbourhood UU of xx and a neighbourhood VV of CWC_W which are disjoint, and therefore U‾⊂W\overline{U} \subset W.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
