General Topology, chapter I, § 9. Compact spaces and locally compact spaces

Let F\mathfrak{F} be a filter on a quasi-compact space XX and let AA be the set of cluster points of F\mathfrak{F}. Then every neighbourhood of AA belongs to F\mathfrak{F}.

Let VV be a neighbourhood of AA and suppose it possible that every set of F\mathfrak{F} meets ∁V\complement V. The intersections of the sets of F\mathfrak{F} with ∁V\complement V then form a base of a filter G\mathfrak{G} on XX; XX is quasi-compact, so that G\mathfrak{G} has at least one cluster point yy, which does not belong to AA, because the neighbourhood VV of AA does not meet some of the sets of G\mathfrak{G}. But since G\mathfrak{G} is finer than F\mathfrak{F}, yy is also a cluster point of F\mathfrak{F}, which is contrary to hypothesis.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
