General Topology, chapter I, § 10. Proper mappings

Every constant mapping into a Hausdorff space is closed. But it ff is the constant mapping Q→0Q \to 0, then f×ιQf \times \iota_Q is the mapping (x,y)→(0,y)(x, y) \to (0, y) of Q2Q^2 into Q2Q^2, so it is the second projection and is not closed (§ 4, no. 2, Remark 1).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
