General Topology, chapter X, § 2. Equicontinuous sets

Let X be a topological space, Y a uniform space, H an equicontinuous set of mappings of X into Y. If H is endowed with the topology of pointwise convergence, then the mapping (h,x)→h(x)(h, x) \to h(x) of H×XH \times X into Y is continuous.

More intuitively, this expresses the fact that if h∈Hh \in H converges pointwise to h0∈Hh_0 \in H and if x∈Xx \in X converges to x0x_0, then h(x)h(x) converges to h0(x0)h_0(x_0).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
