Commutative Algebra, chapter IX, § 2. Anneaux de Cohen

Let C be a p-ring of finite length n. There exists a p-ring C′C' of infinite length such that C is isomorphic to C′/pnC′C'/p^nC'.

By prop. 5, there exists a p-ring C′C' of infinite length such that κC′\kappa_{C'} is isomorphic to κC\kappa_C. Then C′/pnC′=Cn′C'/p^nC' = C'_n is a p-ring of length n, and the field κCn′\kappa_{C'_n} is isomorphic to κC′\kappa_{C'}, hence to κC\kappa_C. By prop. 4, the rings C and Cn′C'_n are therefore isomorphic.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
