Commutative Algebra, chapter IX, § 3. Corps de représentants

Let AA be a complete noetherian local ring of dimension dd containing a field. Let KK be a coefficient field of AA, and let mm be the dimension of the vector space mA/mA2m_A/m_A^2 over the field KK. a) There exists an ideal aa of K[[T1,...,Tm]]K[[T_1, ..., T_m]] such that the KK-algebra AA is isomorphic to K[[T1,...,Tm]]/aK[[T_1, ..., T_m]]/a. b) There exists a sub-KK-algebra A′A' of AA, isomorphic to K[[T1,...,Td]]K[[T_1, ..., T_d]] and such that AA is a finite algebra over A′A'. c) Suppose that the noetherian local ring AA is regular, i.e. d=md = m. Then there exists a KK-isomorphism of AA onto K[[T1,...,Td]]K[[T_1, ..., T_d]]. Let t1,...,tmt_1, ..., t_m be elements of mAm_A whose classes modulo mA2m_A^2 generate the vector space mA/mA2m_A/m_A^2 over KK. By lemma 3 of § 2, No. 5, there exists a surjective KK-homomorphism of K[[T1,...,Tm]]K[[T_1, ..., T_m]] into AA, mapping TiT_i to tit_i for 1≤i≤m1 \leq i \leq m. This proves aa. Analogously, assertion bb follows from lemma 4 of loc. cit. and from the existence of a maximal secant sequence for AA (VIII, § 3, No. 2, th. 1). Finally, assertion cc is nothing but cor. 3 of th. 1 of VIII, § 5, No. 2.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
