Commutative Algebra, chapter IX, Appendix 0.

Let A be a local ring and K an extension of its residue field κA\kappa_{A}. Then there exist a local ring B and an inflation A→BA \to B such that the κA\kappa_{A}-algebra κB\kappa_{B} is isomorphic to K.

In fact, the homomorphism κA→K\kappa_{A} \to K is an inflation (Example 1). Applying Theorem 1 with A′=κAA' = \kappa_{A} and B′=KB' = K, one obtains the existence of an inflation B of A and of an A-isomorphism of B/mABB/m_{A}B onto K, whence the corollary.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
