Commutative Algebra, chapter X, § 4. Anneaux réguliers

Let XX, YY be two complex analytic varieties, locally of finite dimension, ff a morphism of XX into YY, and xx a point of XX. Consider the local homomorphism ρ:OY,f(x)→OX,x\rho : \mathscr{O}_{Y, f(x)} \to \mathscr{O}_{X, x} associated with ff. The mapping dρd\rho is the transpose of the tangent mapping Tx(f):Tx(X)→Tf(x)(Y)T_x(f) : T_x(X) \to T_{f(x)}(Y). The conditions (i) to (iv) of Proposition 9 are therefore equivalent in this case to the fact that ff is a submersion at xx (VAR, R, 5.9.1).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
