Commutative Algebra, chapter X, § 9. Modules dualisants

Let AA be a noetherian ring. One says that a AA-module Ω\Omega is dualizing if it is finitely generated and if, for every maximal ideal mm of AA, the A/mA/m-vector space ExtAi(A/m,Ω)\mathrm{Ext}_A^i(A/m, \Omega) is zero for i≠ht(m)i \neq \mathrm{ht}(m) and of dimension 1 for i=ht(m)i = \mathrm{ht}(m).

For every maximal ideal mm of AA and every integer ii, the A/mA/m-vector space ExtAi(A/m,Ω)\mathrm{Ext}_A^i(A/m, \Omega) is canonically isomorphic to ExtAmi(A/m,Ωm)\mathrm{Ext}_{A_m}^i(A/m, \Omega_m) (§\S 3, No. 2, prop. 2). Consequently, for a finitely generated AA-module Ω\Omega to be dualizing, it is necessary and sufficient that the AmA_m-module Ωm\Omega_m be dualizing for every maximal ideal mm of AA.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
