Commutative Algebra, chapter X, § 9. Modules dualisants

Let AA be a local noetherian ring and Ω\Omega a finitely generated AA-module. The residue field κA^\kappa_{\widehat{A}} identifies with κA\kappa_A, and the A^\widehat{A}-module Ω^\widehat{\Omega} with A^⊗AΩ\widehat{A} \otimes_A \Omega (III, §\S 3, No. 4, th. 3). It then follows from A, X, p. 111, prop. 10 that the κA\kappa_A-vector space ExtAi(κA,Ω)\mathrm{Ext}_A^i(\kappa_A, \Omega) is canonically isomorphic to ExtA^i(κA^,Ω^)\mathrm{Ext}_{\widehat{A}}^i(\kappa_{\widehat{A}}, \widehat{\Omega}). Consequently, for the AA-module Ω\Omega to be dualizing, it is necessary and sufficient that the A^\widehat{A}-module Ω^\widehat{\Omega} be dualizing.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
