Commutative Algebra, chapter X, § 9. Modules dualisants

Let us retain the assumptions of cor. 1 and suppose further that the canonical homomorphism ρ:A→B\rho : A \to B is injective. Then one has dim⁡(Am)=dim⁡(Bm)\dim(A_m) = \dim(B_m) for every maximal ideal mm of AA (VIII, §2§ 2, No. 3, th. 1 a)). By prop. 6 and cor. 1, ExtAi(B,Ω)\mathrm{Ext}_A^i(B, \Omega) is zero for i≠0i \neq 0, and the BB-module HomA(B,Ω)\mathrm{Hom}_A(B, \Omega) is dualizing.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
