Commutative Algebra, chapter X, § 9. Modules dualisants

Suppose that the ring AA is presentable. The set of prime ideals pp of AA such that ApA_p is a Gorenstein ring is open in Spec(A)\mathrm{Spec}(A).

Let pp be a prime ideal of AA such that ApA_p is a Gorenstein ring. Then it is a Macaulay ring; replacing AA if necessary by AfA_f, where ff is a suitable element of A−pA - p, one is reduced to the case where AA is a Macaulay ring (§4§ 4, No. 4, Proposition 7, c)). Let Ω\Omega be a dualizing AA-module (No. 3, Corollary 3 of Proposition 6). Then Ωp\Omega_p is a dualizing module over the Gorenstein ring ApA_p (No. 1, Proposition 2), hence is free of rank 1 (Corollary 1). It follows that there exists an element gg of A−pA - p such that the AgA_g-module Ωg\Omega_g is free of rank 1 (II, §5§ 5, No. 1, Corollary of Proposition 2). Thus AgA_g is a Gorenstein ring (Corollary 1) and the same is true of AqA_q for every prime ideal qq of AA not containing gg (§3§ 3, No. 7, Example 1), which proves the corollary.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
