Algebra, chapter IX, § 3. Formes hermitiennes et formes quadratiques

The formulas (7) and (8) show that, if x∈Ex \in E, in order that Φ(x,x′)=0\Phi(x, x') = 0 for all x′∈E′x' \in E', it is necessary and sufficient that Φ1(x,x′)=0\Phi_1(x, x') = 0 (resp. Φ2(x,x′)=0\Phi_2(x, x') = 0) for all x′∈E′x' \in E'. 2) The adjoint of an endomorphism uu of EE with respect to Φ\Phi (§1§ 1, n° 8) is the same as the adjoint of uu (considered as an endomorphism of E0E_0) with respect to Φ1\Phi_1 (resp. Φ2\Phi_2).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
