Algèbre, VIII, p. 205

Bourbaki marks this one as harder than the rest.

K1(D)⟶φ1K1(A)×K1(B)⟶ψ1K1(C) K_1(D)\longrightarrow^{\varphi_1}K_1(A)\times K_1(B)\longrightarrow^{\psi_1}K_1(C)

8). Construire un homomorphisme ∂:K1(C)→K0(D)\partial : K_1(C)\rightarrow K_0(D) tel que∂∘ιn(g)=[Pg]−[Dsn]\partial \circ \iota_n(g) = [P_g]-[D^n_s] pour tout entier nn et tout élément gg de GLn(C)\mathbf{G}\mathbf{L}_n(C).

c) Prouver que la suite

K1(D)⟶φ1K1(A)×K1(B)⟶ψ1K1(C)⟶∂K0(D)⟶φ0K0(A)×K0(B)⟶ψ0K0(C) K_1(D)\longrightarrow^{\varphi_1}K_1(A)\times K_1(B)\longrightarrow^{\psi_1}K_1(C)\longrightarrow^{\partial}K_0(D)\longrightarrow^{\varphi_0}K_0(A)\times K_0(B)\longrightarrow^{\psi_0}K_0(C)

est exacte.
