Algebra, VIII, p. 97, § 6. Morita Equivalence of Modules and Algebras

Under the assumptions of Proposition 1, the A-module P is balanced; since the rings APA_P and AP′A'_P have the same center (VIII, p. 77), there is an isomorphism φ\varphi from the center Z(A) of the ring A to the center Z(B) of the ring B, determined by the relation φ(z)P=zP\varphi (z)_P=z_P for z∈Z(A)z\in Z(A). Moreover, the endomorphisms of the (A,B)k(A,B)_k-bimodule P are the homotheties zPz_P where zz runs through Z(A); the automorphisms of the (A,B)k(A,B)_k-bimodule P are the homotheties zPz_P where zz is invertible in Z(A).

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
