Algebra, VIII, p. 121, § 7. Simple Rings

Let rr and r′r' be strictly positive integers, and let D and D′D' be fields. The rings Mr(D)\mathbf{M}_r(D) and Mr′(D′)\mathbf{M}_{r'}(D') are isomorphic if and only if we have r=r′r=r' and the fields D and D′D' are isomorphic.

The condition is obviously sufficient.

Conversely, suppose that the rings B=Mr(D)B =\mathbf{M}_r(D) and B′=Mr′(D′)B'=\mathbf{M}_{r'}(D') are isomorphic. Since rr is the length of BsB_s and r′r' that of Bs′B'_s (Lemma 2), we have r=r′r=r'. Moreover, B is Morita equivalent to D and B′B' to D′D' (VIII, p. 102, Example 1). Consequently, the fields D and D′D' are Morita equivalent, hence isomorphic (VIII, p. 111, Proposition 13, c)).

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
