Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter VII, § 4. Regular elements of a Lie group

Let a∈Ga\in G and H be a Lie subgroup germ of G with Lie algebra g1(a)\mathfrak{g}^1(a). The map (b,c)→cabc−1(b, c) \rightarrow cabc^{-1} from H×GH\times G to G is a submersion at (e,e)(e, e).

Indeed, let m\mathfrak{m} be a complement of g1(a)\mathfrak{g}^1(a) in g\mathfrak{g} and exp an exponential map of G defined on an open neighbourhood U of 0 in g\mathfrak{g}. We can choose U so that exp(U ∩g1(a)\cap \mathfrak{g}^1(a))⊂H\subset H. The map f:(x,y)→f: (x, y) \rightarrow (exp xx, exp yy) is an analytic map on a neighbourhood of (0,0)(0,0) in g1(a)×m\mathfrak{g}^1(a)\times \mathfrak{m} with values in H×GH\times G. By Lemma 3, the composite of ff with the map φ:(b,c)→cabc−1\varphi : (b, c) \rightarrow cabc^{-1} is étale at (0,0)(0,0). It follows that φ\varphi is a submersion at f(0,0)=(e,e)f(0,0) = (e, e).

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
