Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter IX, § 5. Conjugacy classes

Let C be a chamber of t\mathfrak{t} and C‾\overline{C} its closure. The canonical injections C‾→t→g\overline{C}\rightarrow \mathfrak{t}\rightarrow \mathfrak{g} induce by passage to the quotient homeomorphisms

C‾→t/W→g/\overline{C}\rightarrow \mathfrak{t}/W\rightarrow \mathfrak{g}/Ad(G).

The canonical maps C‾→t\overline{C}\rightarrow \mathfrak{t} and t→t/W\mathfrak{t}\rightarrow \mathfrak{t}/W are proper (General Topology, Chap. III, §4, no. 1, Prop. 2c2c))). The map C‾→t/W\overline{C}\rightarrow \mathfrak{t}/W is continuous, proper and bijective (Prop. 2c2c))); thus, it is a homeomorphism, hence the corollary in view of the Cor. of Prop. 6 of §2, no. 5.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
