Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter IX, § 2. Maximal tori of compact Lie groups

a) Every orbit of G\mathrm{G} on g\mathfrak{g} (for the adjoint representation) meets t\mathfrak{t}.

b) The intersections with t\mathfrak{t} of the orbits of G\mathrm{G} are the orbits of WG(T)\mathrm{W}_{G}(\mathrm{T}) on t\mathfrak{t}.

Assertion a) follows from Th. 1 (no. 1). Let x,yx,y be two elements of t\mathfrak{t} conjugate under Ad(G)\mathrm{Ad}(\mathrm{G}), and let h∈Gh\in\mathrm{G} be such that (Ad h)(x)=y(\mathrm{Ad}\,h)(x)=y. Applying the corollary of Th. 1 (no. 1) with a={x}\mathfrak{a}=\{x\}, u=Ad hu=\mathrm{Ad}\,h, t′=t\mathfrak{t}'=\mathfrak{t}, we see that there exists g∈Gg\in\mathrm{G} such that Ad hg\mathrm{Ad}\,hg maps t\mathfrak{t} to t\mathfrak{t} and xx to yy. Then hg∈NG(T)hg\in\mathrm{N}_{G}(\mathrm{T}) (Chap. III, §9, no. 4, Prop. 11), and the class of hghg in WG(T)\mathrm{W}_{G}(\mathrm{T}) maps xx to yy, hence the proposition.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
