Commutative Algebra, chapter III, § 3. m-adic topologies on Noetherian rings

Let AA be a commutative Noetherian ring and mm an ideal of AA. If AA is Hausdorff and complete with the m-adic topology, AA is a Zariski ring with this topology, by virtue of § 2, no. 13, Lemma 3.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
