Commutative Algebra, chapter V, § 2. The lift of prime ideals

Let h:A→A′h : A \to A' a ring homomorphism such that A′A' is integral over AA, p\mathfrak{p} a prime ideal of AA and p′\mathfrak{p}' and a′a' two ideals of A′A' lying above p\mathfrak{p} such that p′⊂a′\mathfrak{p}' \subset a'. If p′\mathfrak{p}' is prime, then a′=p′a' = \mathfrak{p}'.

Let us write S=A−pS = A - \mathfrak{p}; then S−1A′S^{-1}A' is integral over S−1AS^{-1}A (§1§ 1, no. 5, Proposition

16), S−1pS^{-1}p is a maximal ideal of S−1AS^{-1}A (Chapter 11, § 2, no. 5, Proposition 11), S−1a′S^{-1}a' and S−1p′S^{-1}p' are ideals of S−1A′S^{-1}A' lying above S−1pS^{-1}p (Lemma 1) and S−1a′⊇S−1p′S^{-1}a' \supseteq S^{-1}p'. As S−1p′S^{-1}p' is prime, it is maximal by Proposition 1 and hence S−1p′=S−1a′S^{-1}p' = S^{-1}a'; therefore a′a' is contained in the saturation of p′p' with respect to h(S)h(S), which is equal to p′p' (Chapter II, § 2, no. 5, Proposition 11).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
