Algebra, chapter I, § 6. Extensions, solvable groups, nilpotent groups

(a) Let HH be a subgroup of GG. For every Sylow pp-subgroup PP of HH there exists a Sylow pp-subgroup QQ of GG such that P=Q∩HP = Q \cap H.

(b) Conversely, if QQ is a Sylow pp-subgroup of GG and HH is normal in GG, the group Q∩HQ \cap H is a Sylow pp-subgroup of HH.

(a) The pp-group PP is contained in a Sylow pp-subgroup QQ of GG and Q∩HQ \cap H is a pp-subgroup of HH containing PP and is hence equal to PP.

(b) Let P′P' be a Sylow pp-subgroup of HH. There exists an element g∈Gg \in G such that gP′g−1⊂QgP'g^{-1} \subset Q. As HH is normal, P=gP′g−1P = gP'g^{-1} is contained in HH and hence in Q∩HQ \cap H. As Q∩HQ \cap H is a pp-subgroup of HH and PP is a Sylow pp-subgroup of HH, P=Q∩HP = Q \cap H.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
