Algebra, chapter I, § 6. Extensions, solvable groups, nilpotent groups

Let NN be a normal subgroup of GG. The image in G/NG/N of a Sylow pp-subgroup of GG is a Sylow pp-subgroup of G/NG/N and every Sylow pp-subgroup of G/NG/N is obtained in this way.

Let G′=G/NG' = G/N and P′P' be the image in G′G' of a Sylow pp-subgroup PP of GG. The group GG operates transitively on G′/P′G'/P' and hence G′/P′G'/P' is equipotent to G/SG/S, where SS is a subgroup of GG containing PP. Therefore (G′:P′)(G':P') divides (G:P)(G:P), is thus not a multiple of pp and the pp-group P′P' is a Sylow pp-subgroup of G′G'. Let Q′Q' be another Sylow pp-subgroup of G′G'; then Q′=g′P′g′−1Q' = g'P'{g'}^{-1} for some g′∈G′g' \in G'; if g∈Gg \in G is a representative of g′g', the group Q′Q' is the image of Q=gPg−1Q = gPg^{-1}.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
