Algebra, chapter IV, § 4. Formal power series

— Suppose that II is finite. For every integer n≥0n \geq 0 let bnb_n be the set of formal power series u∈A[[I]]u \in A[[I]] such that ω(u)≥n\omega(u) \geq n. The sequence (bn)n≥0(b_n)_{n \geq 0} is a fundamental system of neighbourhoods of 0 in A[[I]]\mathbf{A}[[\mathbf{I}]]. Therefore a family of elements uλu_\lambda of A[[I]]\mathbf{A}[[\mathbf{I}]] (λ∈L\lambda \in L) is summable if and only if for every n∈Nn \in \mathbf{N} the set of A∈L\mathbf{A} \in L such that ω(uλ)<n\omega(u_\lambda) < n is finite.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
