Algebra, chapter IV, § 5. Symmetric tensors and polynomial mappings

— Let MM be free and (ei)i∈I(e_i)_{i \in I} a basis of MM.

(i) For ν∈N(I)\nu \in \mathbf{N}^{(I)} let eν=∏i∈Iγνi(ei)e_\nu = \prod_{i \in I} \gamma_{\nu_i}(e_i). Then (eν)ν∈N(I)(e_\nu)_{\nu \in \mathbf{N}^{(I)}} is a basis of the AA-module TS(M)TS(M). In particular the algebra TS(M)\mathbf{TS}(M) is generated by the family of elements γk(x)\gamma_k(x) for k∈Nk \in N and x∈Mx \in M.

(ii) For each p∈Np \in N, TSp(M)\mathbf{TS}^p(M) is a direct factor of the AA-module Tp(M)\mathbf{T}^p(M).

Let us use the notation of the Remark 2 above. The family (eρ(1)⊗…⊗eρ(p))ρ∈M(e_{\rho(1)} \otimes \ldots \otimes e_{\rho(p)})_{\rho \in \mathscr{M}} is a basis of Tp(M)\mathbf{T}^p(M). Hence Prop. 4 follows from formula (7) and the following lemma, applied with H=SpH = \mathfrak{S}_p and U=Tp(M)U = \mathbf{T}^p(M).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
