Algebra, chapter V, § 4. Algebraically closed extensions

— Let KK and K′K' be two fields, Ω\Omega an algebraic closure of KK and Ω′\Omega' an algebraic closure of K′K'. For every isomorphism uu of KK onto K′K' there exists an isomorphism vv of Ω\Omega onto Ω′\Omega' extending uu.

It is enough to apply Th. 2 to the algebraic closures Ω\Omega and (Ω′,u)(\Omega', u) of KK.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
