Algebra, chapter V, § 9. Conjugate elements and quasi-Galois extensions
— Let N be a quasi-Galois extension of K contained in , and E a subextension of N. Let be a K-homomorphism of E into ; then and there exists a K-automorphism of N which induces on E.
Let be a K-automorphism of extending (V, p. 52, Prop. 1); since N is quasi-Galois over K, we have , whence and so induces a K-automorphism of N.
Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
