Algebra, V, p. 55, § 9. Conjugate elements and quasi-Galois extensions

Suppose that EE is a quasi-Galois extension of KK and FF a quasi-Galois extension of EE; it is not always the case that FF is quasi-Galois over KK (V, p. 153, Ex. 1). The reason is the following: let uu be a KK-automorphism of Ω\Omega; we have u(E)=Eu(E) = E, but if ff is the minimal polynomial over EE of an element xx of FF, it is not necessarily invariant under uu; therefore u(x)u(x) is not necessarily conjugate to xx over EE, and so need not necessarily belong to FF. In that case FF and u(F)u(F) are two distinct quasi-Galois extensions of EE which are KK-isomorphic but not EE-isomorphic.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
