Topological Vector Spaces, II, p. 46, § 6. Weak topologies

Suppose that the duality between F and G is separating in G. If u is a linear mapping of F in F1F_1, that is continuous for σ(F,G)\sigma(F, G) and σ(F1,G1)\sigma(F_1, G_1), then its transpose is a linear mapping of G1G_1 in GG, that is continuous for σ(G1,F1)\sigma(G_1, F_1) and σ(G,F)\sigma(G, F). Further if the duality between F1F_1 and G1G_1 is separating in F1F_1 then t(tu)=u{}^t({}^t u) = u.

It is sufficient to exchange FF and F1F_1 with GG and G1G_1 in prop. 5.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
