Topological Vector Spaces, chapter II, § 6. Weak topologies

Let uu be a linear mapping of FF in F1F_1 that is continuous for σ(F,G)\sigma(F, G) and σ(F1,G1)\sigma(F_1, G_1). We have then

(3)

Ker⁡(tu)=(Im⁡(u))∘, \operatorname{Ker}({}^t u) = (\operatorname{Im}(u))^{\circ} ,

(4)

Im⁡(tu)‾=(Ker⁡(u))∘. \overline{\operatorname{Im}({}^t u)} = (\operatorname{Ker}(u))^{\circ} .

Suppose that the dualities between FF and GG and between F1F_1 and G1G_1 are separating; then u(F)u(F) is dense in F1F_1 (for σ(F1,G1)\sigma(F_1, G_1)), if and only if tu{}^t u is injective.

Apply prop. 6 with A=FA = F and A1={0}A_1 = \{0\}, using the fact that the weak topologies σ(G,F)\sigma(G, F) and σ(F1,G1)\sigma(F_1, G_1) are Hausdorff. The last assertion results from (4), interchanging uu and tu^t u.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
