Topological Vector Spaces, chapter II, § 6. Weak topologies

— The duality between FF and GG is separating in FF (resp. in GG) if and only if for all i∈Ii \in I, the duality between FiF_i and GiG_i is separating in FiF_i (resp. in GiG_i). If the duality between FF and GG is separating in FF (resp. GG), then, in FF (resp. GG), the subspace orthogonal to one GiG_i (resp. FiF_i), canonically identified with a subspace of GG (resp. FF) is the subspace of the product of the FκF_\kappa where κ≠i\kappa \neq i (resp. the direct sum of the GκG_\kappa such that κ≠i\kappa \neq i).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
