Topological Vector Spaces, II, p. 60, § 7. Extremal points and extremal generators

Every proper closed convex cone in EE, a vector space of finite dimension, has a compact sole. In fact, by II, p. 52, prop. 11 we need only consider the case where E=RnE = \mathbf{R}^n and C=R+nC = \mathbf{R}_+^n. If (ei)1≤i≤n(e_i)_{1 \leq i \leq n} is the canonical basis of Rn\mathbf{R}^n, it is clear that the compact convex set which is the convex envelope of the eie_i (1≤i≤n1 \leq i \leq n) is a compact sole for R+n\mathbf{R}_+^n.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
