Topological Vector Spaces, III, p. 14, § 3. Spaces of continuous linear mappings

If S\mathfrak{S} is the set of all finite subsets of E, then the S\mathfrak{S}-topology is the topology of simple convergence and the space LS(E;F)\mathscr{L}_{\mathfrak{S}}(E; F) is also denoted by Ls(E;F)\mathscr{L}_s(E; F). A bounded subset of Ls(E;F)\mathscr{L}_s(E; F) is called a simply bounded subset of L(E;F)\mathscr{L}(E; F).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
