Topological Vector Spaces, chapter V, § 4. Some classes of operators in hilbertian spaces

The function Q:B→RQ : B \to \mathbf{R} is continuous.

Let (fj)j∈J(f_j)_{j \in J} be an orthonormal basis of F. Put λj=∥u∗(fj)∥2\lambda_j = \|u^*(f_j)\|^2 for all j∈Jj \in J. Since uu belongs to L2(E;F)\mathscr{L}^2(E; F) we have u∗∈L2(F;E)u^* \in \mathscr{L}^2(F; E), hence ∑jλj<+∞\sum_j \lambda_j < +\infty. Further, we have

Q(x)=∥u(x)∥2=∑j∣⟨u∗(fj)∣x⟩∣2 Q(x) = \|u(x)\|^2 = \sum_j |\langle u^*(f_j)|x \rangle|^2
by Parseval’s formula (V, p. 22) and the definition of the adjoint (V, p. 38). For every x∈Bx \in B, ∣⟨u∗(fj)∣x⟩∣2≤λj|\langle u^*(f_j)|x \rangle|^2 \leq \lambda_j by Cauchy-Schwarz inequality; consequently, the convergence of the sum in formula (43) is uniform on B, hence lemma 4 (GT, X, § 1, No. 6).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
