Functions of a Real Variable, chapter I, § 1. FIRST DERIVATIVE

The real function 1/x1/x (defined for x≠0x \neq 0) is differentiable at each point x0≠0x_0 \neq 0, for we have (1x−1x0)/(x−x0)=−1xx0\left( \frac{1}{x} - \frac{1}{x_0} \right) / (x - x_0) = -\frac{1}{x x_0}, and, since 1/x1/x is continuous at x0x_0, the limit of the preceding expression is −1/x02-1/x_0^2.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
