Functions of a Real Variable, chapter I, § 1. FIRST DERIVATIVE

The most important particular case is that where E is one of the fields R\mathbf{R} or C\mathbf{C}: if ff is a function with real or complex values, differentiable at the point x0x_0, and such that f(x0)≠0f(x_0) \neq 0, then 1/f1/f has derivative equal to −f′(x0)/(f(x0))2-f'(x_0)/(f(x_0))^2 at x0x_0.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
