Integration, III, p. 30, § 2. Support of a measure

In the space M(X;C)\mathscr{M}(X; \mathbf{C}), the set of point measures is total for the topology of strictly compact convergence (§1, No. 10).

On the cone M+(X)\mathscr{M}_+(X), the topology of strictly compact convergence is identical to the vague topology (§1, No. 10, Prop. 18), and every measure on XX may be written μ1−μ2+iμ3−iμ4\mu_1 - \mu_2 + i \mu_3 - i \mu_4, where the μj\mu_j (1≤j≤41 \leq j \leq 4) are positive measures; the conclusion therefore follows from Th. 1.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
