Integration, IV, p. 19, § 3. LP spaces

Let XX be a locally compact space, μ\mu a measure on XX. For every mapping ff of XX into a Banach space FF, and for every number pp such that 1≤p<+∞1 \leq p < +\infty, we denote by Np(f,μ)N_p(f, \mu), or simply Np(f)N_p(f), the positive number (∫∗∣f∣pd∣μ∣)1/p(\int^* |f|^p d|\mu|)^{1/p}.

Note that the number Np(f)N_p(f) may be equal to +∞+\infty.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
