Integration, chapter V, § 3. Integration of positive measures

— Let ff be a function ≥0\geq 0 defined on XX, ν\nu-measurable and ν\nu-moderated. The set of t∈Tt \in T such that ff is not λt\lambda_t-moderated is then locally μ\mu-negligible (and even μ\mu-negligible if Λ\Lambda is vaguely continuous).

For, ff is the sum of a sequence of functions fn≥0f_n \geq 0 such that fnf_n is zero outside a compact set KnK_n for n≥1n \geq 1, and f0f_0 is ν\nu-negligible (§1, No. 2, Prop. 6); f0f_0 is then λt\lambda_t-negligible except for tt forming a set that is locally μ\mu-negligible (and even μ\mu-negligible, if Λ\Lambda is vaguely continuous) by Cor. 1, and the statement then follows at once.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
