Integration, V, p. 43, § 5. Measures defined by numerical densities

Let uu be a complex function that is locally integrable for the positive measure μ\mu. For u⋅μu \cdot \mu to be a positive measure, it is necessary and sufficient that u(t)⩾0u(t) \geqslant 0 locally almost everywhere.

For, u⋅μu \cdot \mu is positive if and only if u⋅μ=∣u⋅μ∣=∣u∣⋅μu \cdot \mu = |u \cdot \mu| = |u| \cdot \mu (Prop. 2), and this is equivalent to u=∣u∣u = |u| locally almost everywhere (Cor. 2).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
