Integration, VII, p. 37, § 2. Quotient of a space by a group; homogeneous spaces

Let us conserve the hypotheses and notations of Prop. 8. The mapping g↦h⋅(g∘π)g \mapsto h \cdot (g \circ \pi) is a continuous mapping of K(X/H)\mathscr{K}(X/H) into K(X)\mathscr{K}(X) that is a right inverse of the mapping f↦fbf \mapsto f^b. Consequently, every bounded (resp. compact) subset of K(X/H)\mathscr{K}(X/H) is the image of a bounded (resp. compact) subset of K(X)\mathscr{K}(X). From this, one deduces immediately that the mapping λ↦λ#\lambda \mapsto \lambda^\# is again an isomorphism of M(X/H)\mathscr{M}(X/H) onto a closed linear subspace of M(X)\mathscr{M}(X) when these spaces are equipped with the topology of bounded (resp. compact) convergence.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
