Integration, VII, p. 37, § 2. Quotient of a space by a group; homogeneous spaces

— Suppose X/HX/H paracompact, and let us retain the notations of Proposition 9. The mapping k↦h⋅(k∘π)k \mapsto h \cdot (k \circ \pi) of L1(X/H,λ)L^1(X/H, \lambda) into L1(X,λ#)L^1(X, \lambda^\#) is then isometric by (14) and is a right inverse of the mapping f↦fbf \mapsto f^b of L1(X,λ#)L^1(X, \lambda^\#) onto L1(X/H,λ)L^1(X/H, \lambda).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
