Integration, chapter VII, § 2. Quotient of a space by a group; homogeneous spaces

— Let f be a function defined on Ω\Omega, with values in a Banach space or in R‾\overline{\mathbf{R}}. For f to be μ\mu-integrable, it is necessary and sufficient that the function (x,y)↦f(xy)ΔG(y)ΔY(y)−1(x, y) \mapsto f(xy) \Delta_G(y) \Delta_Y(y)^{-1} be (μX⊗μY)(\mu_X \otimes \mu_Y)-integrable, in which case

∫Ωf(ω)dμ(ω)=a∬X×Yf(xy)ΔG(y)ΔY(y)−1dμX(x)dμY(y), \int_\Omega f(\omega) d\mu(\omega) = a \iint_{X \times Y} f(xy) \Delta_G(y) \Delta_Y(y)^{-1} d\mu_X(x) d\mu_Y(y),

where aa is a constant >0> 0 independent of f.

By Prop. 13, and Ch. V, §4, No. 4, Th. 2, for f to be μ\mu-integrable, it is necessary and sufficient that the function (x,y)↦f(xy−1)(x, y) \mapsto f(xy^{-1}) be integrable for μX⊗(Λ−1⋅μY)\mu_X \otimes (\Lambda^{-1} \cdot \mu_Y), or again that the function (x,y)↦f(xy−1)ΔG(y)−1(x, y) \mapsto f(xy^{-1}) \Delta_G(y)^{-1} be integrable for μX⊗μY\mu_X \otimes \mu_Y, or again that the function (x,y)↦f(xy)ΔG(y)ΔY(y)−1(x, y) \mapsto f(xy) \Delta_G(y) \Delta_Y(y)^{-1} be integrable for μX⊗μY\mu_X \otimes \mu_Y. Formula (23) results from an analogous argument.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
