Integration, chapter VII, § 2. Quotient of a space by a group; homogeneous spaces

— We maintain the hypotheses and notations of Th. 4. Let F' be a second μ-measurable fundamental domain. Let u be a function on X, with values in a Banach space or in R‾\overline{\mathbf{R}}, invariant under H. Suppose that u is μ-integrable on F. Then u is μ-integrable on F' and

∫Fu(x)dμ(x)=∫F′u(x)dμ(x). \int_F u(x) d\mu(x) = \int_{F'} u(x) d\mu(x).

Since u and n are invariant under H, there exists a function v on X/H such that v o π coincides with nu on F and on F'. Then n−1φF(v∘π)=φF′u,n−1φF′(v∘π)=φF′u.n^{-1} \varphi_F(v \circ \pi) = \varphi_{F'} u, \quad n^{-1} \varphi_{F'}(v \circ \pi) = \varphi_{F'} u. By hypothesis, n−1φF(v∘π)n^{-1} \varphi_F(v \circ \pi) is μ\mu-integrable. By Th. 4, vv is λ\lambda-integrable, φF′μ\varphi_{F'} \mu is μ\mu-integrable, and

∫Fudμ=∫X/Hvdλ=∫F′udμ. \int_F u d\mu = \int_{X/H} v d\lambda = \int_{F'} u d\mu.

For the existence of μ\mu-measurable fundamental domains, see Exer. 12.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
