Integration, chapter VIII, § 5. The space of closed subgroups

Let E be a set filtered by a filter Φ\Phi, and let ξ↦α(ξ)\xi \mapsto \alpha(\xi) be a mapping of E into Γ\Gamma that converges vaguely with respect to Φ\Phi to a measure α0≠0\alpha_0 \neq 0. On the other hand, let ξ↦tξ\xi \mapsto t_\xi be a mapping of EE into GG such that tξ∈Hα(ξ)t_\xi \in H_{\alpha(\xi)} for every ξ∈E\xi \in E. If ss is a cluster point of the mapping ξ↦tξ\xi \mapsto t_\xi with respect to Φ\Phi, then δ(s)α0=α0\delta(s)\alpha_0 = \alpha_0.

Replacing if necessary Φ\Phi by a finer filter, we can suppose that ss is a limit of ξ↦tξ\xi \mapsto t_\xi with respect to Φ\Phi; by Lemma 1, δ(tξ)α(ξ)=α(ξ)\delta(t_\xi)\alpha(\xi) = \alpha(\xi) for every ξ∈E\xi \in E, and the conclusion follows from the continuity of the mapping (u,λ)↦δ(u)λ(u, \lambda) \mapsto \delta(u)\lambda on G×M+(G)G \times \mathscr{M}_+(G) (§ 3, No. 3, Prop. 13).

To prove Prop. 1 it suffices, by Lemma 1, to show that if a filter Ψ\Psi on Γ\Gamma converges vaguely to a measure α0≠0\alpha_0 \neq 0 and if ss belongs to the support of α0\alpha_0, then δ(s)α0=α0\delta(s)\alpha_0 = \alpha_0. Now, for every neighborhood VV of ss in GG, there exists an M∈ΨM \in \Psi such that, for every α∈M\alpha \in M, one has V∩Hα≠∅V \cap H_\alpha \neq \varnothing, by Lemma 2. For every neighborhood VV of ss and every α∈Γ\alpha \in \Gamma, let tV,αt_{V,\alpha} be a point of V∩HαV \cap H_\alpha if V∩Hα≠∅V \cap H_\alpha \neq \varnothing, and any point of HαH_\alpha in the contrary case; if Θ\Theta is the section filter of the filter of neighborhoods of ss, and Φ\Phi is the product filter Θ×Ψ\Theta \times \Psi, then ss is, by the foregoing, a cluster point of (V,α)↦tV,α(V, \alpha) \mapsto t_{V,\alpha} with respect to Φ\Phi. Since, on the other hand, the mapping (V,α)↦α(V, \alpha) \mapsto \alpha has α0\alpha_0 as limit with respect to Φ\Phi, the proposition follows from Lemma 3.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
