Let $\pi$ be a mapping of T into a topological space X. One says that $\pi$ is $\mu$-proper if $\pi$ is $\mu$-measurable, and if every point x of X admits a neighborhood V such that $\mu^\bullet(\overline{\pi}(V)) < +\infty$.
