Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter I, § 2. Enveloping algebra of a Lie algebra

Suppose that gg is a free KK-module. Let WW be a sub-K-module of TnT^{n}.

If, in the notation of diagram (3), the restriction of τn\tau_n to WW is an isomorphism of WW onto SnS^n, then the restriction of ψn\psi_n to WW is an isomorphism of WW onto a supplement of Un−1U_{n-1} in UnU_n.

The restriction to WW of ωn∘τn\omega_n \circ \tau_n is a bijection of WW onto GnG^n; so is the restriction θn∘ψn\theta_n \circ \psi_n to WW. Hence the corollary.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
