Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter III, § 4. Passage from Lie algebras to Lie groups

Let G be a Lie group germ and h\mathfrak{h} a Lie subalgebra of L(G)L(G) admitting a topological supplement. There exists a Lie subgroup germ H of G such that L(H)=hL(H) = \mathfrak{h}. If H1H_1 and H2H_2 are Lie subgroup germs of G such that

L(H1)=L(H2)=h, L(H_1) = L(H_2) = \mathfrak{h},

then H1∩H2H_1 \cap H_2 is open in H1H_1 and H2H_2.

There exists a Lie group germ H′H' with Lie algebra isomorphic to h\mathfrak{h} (Theorem 2). Shrinking H′H' if necessary, it can be assumed that there exists a morphism ϕ\phi of H′H' into G such that L(ϕ)L(\phi) is an isomorphism of L(H′)L(H') onto h\mathfrak{h} (no. 1, Theorem 1). As h\mathfrak{h} admits a topological supplement, ϕ\phi is an immersion at e. Hence, shrinking H′H' further, it can be assumed that ϕ\phi is an isomorphism of the manifold H′H' onto a submanifold of G. This proves the existence of H. The second assertion follows from the following proposition:

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
