Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter III, § 6. Real and complex Lie groups

*Let GG and HH be Lie groups and ϕ\phi a morphism of GG into HH. (i) ϕ∘exp⁡G=exp⁡H∘L(ϕ)\phi \circ \exp_G = \exp_H \circ L(\phi). (ii) If GG is an integral subgroup of HH, then exp⁡G=exp⁡H∣L(G)\exp_G = \exp_H | L(G).

EXponential mapping

The two sides of the equality (i) are analytic mappings of L(G)L(G) into HH which coincide in a neighbourhood of 0 (§4§ 4, Proposition 8, no. 4) and hence are equal. Assertion (ii) is a special case of (i).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
